Challenge This homeowner came to us with a laundry list of complaints regarding their windows. They let the cool air out in the summer months and the warm air out in the winter. The noise coming from the nearby busy road was so loud, it might as well have run straight through their living room.

Challenge This homeowners house, built in the 1960’s, suffers from the same excessively high energy bills that most all electrically heated and cooled homes have in our Texas climate. She was spending roughly $2,700 annually on electricity bills!

Challenge During the tear off stage of this project, we found a very ugly and awkward tie-in to a low slope area on the rear of the house. This type of transition from the main slope to the flat roof is crucial to keeping everything dry.
